Today, Frønningen is connected by car ferry to Kaupanger in the winter, and Kaupanger and Gudvangen in the summer.

 

Fjord1 runs the ferry service. The ferry calls at Frønningen only on request, and must be booked in advance by 6PM (18:00) the day before.
